90-Day Return and Exchange Window

You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product.


Eligibility

1. Quality Issues

  • If the product has any defects or quality issues, you can return or exchange it for free, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

  • This includes issues such as manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or missing parts.

2. Non-Quality Issues

  • Unopened Packaging: If the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging, we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Opened Packaging: If the item has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

3. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost, delayed, or not delivered due to shipping issues, we will resend your product at no additional cost.

  • Customers should contact us promptly so we can arrange replacement shipping.


Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us

    • Email us at sales@trroec.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable.

    • Customer Service Hours: 9 am - 5 pm (PST), Monday to Friday.

  2. Return Authorization (RMA)

    • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return the item.

    • Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

  3. Shipping the Product

    • Send your product to our return warehouse:

    • For quality issues or lost shipments caused by us, we cover shipping costs.

    • For non-quality issues, shipping costs are covered as per the rules above.

  4. Inspection and Approval

    • Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and confirm approval for return or exchange.

    • For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.


Refunds

  • Refunds include the price paid for the product.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For opened non-quality returns, the refund will be reduced by the 20% restocking fee.

  • Partial refunds may apply for damaged or incomplete items not related to our error.


Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Will be replaced at no cost.

  • Exchange for a Different Product: Notify us of the desired replacement item. Price differences may apply.

  • Replacement shipping is covered by us for quality issues.


Additional Notes

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.

  • All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you.
