You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product.
Eligibility
1. Quality Issues

If the product has any defects or quality issues, you can return or exchange it for free, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

This includes issues such as manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or missing parts.
2. Non-Quality Issues

Unopened Packaging: If the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Opened Packaging: If the item has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
3. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your shipment is lost, delayed, or not delivered due to shipping issues, we will resend your product at no additional cost.

For opened non-quality returns, the refund will be reduced by the 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges
