Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via FedEx. We have partnered with FedEx to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery across the continental United States.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. A subsequent email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on FedEx’s schedule to your location. Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

  • Factors Affecting Delivery: Please note that delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as severe weather, FedEx operational issues, or other logistical challenges beyond our control.

Shipping Rates and Fees

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Total shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Currently, we only ship within the United States; therefore, import taxes or customs duties are not applicable.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number.

  • Tracking Updates: You can track your shipment on the FedEx website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Attempts

  • Signature Requirement: FedEx may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

  • Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable, FedEx may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting the package from a local facility.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal to accept the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Address Accuracy

  • Correct Information: Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address Changes: Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to update the shipping address. Contact us immediately if adjustments are needed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

  • Delivery Area: We ship only within the continental United States. Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may have limited delivery options. For delivery confirmation to your address, please contact our customer service.

Delays and Unforeseen Events

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or FedEx transportation issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@trroec.com. We will work with FedEx to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage.

Additional Information

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Multiple Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.

  • Shipping Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to the customer.
